I have been a licensed Real Estate Sales person for over twenty-five years and I began specializing in Reverse loans, seven years ago. The concept, benefits and purpose of the loan program, I found to be very compelling and important to determining the quality of life in a senior’s retirement years.
It was readily apparent to me how the loan could make a positive impact on a person’s standard of living by enabling them to have the peace of mind, knowing that they will always have adequate funds for their monthly expenses.
I am proud to have earned the designation of a Certified Senior Advisor. As a CSA I am a part of a group of people that are dedicated to helping seniors through all of the life issues and transitions that they face as they age.
I am also a member of the National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Assoc. (NRMLA) and the National Aging in Place Council that is affiliated with NRMLA. I adhere to the Code of Conduct for both NRMLA and the Society of Certified Seniors Advisors and can provide copies of each document upon request.
I am employed by a very large and well known Reverse Lender here in CA. We have the ability to offer Reverse loan financing from a number of Lenders as we are approved with all the wholesale mortgage banks that offer the loan and I’m constantly up to date as to the latest news in the industry. This allows me to share that information with my clients, therefore better serving them and offering different options to better meet their needs.
I’m involved in a number of organizations that represent seniors and also focus groups within the local communities of Los Angeles and Ventura counties, CA. By meeting other professionals in different fields that offer services to the senior community, I feel more informed. And having these contacts, helps me to direct my clients and their families to services that they might need and not know how to locate.
My personal mission is to make a positive difference in each senior’s life by providing them accurate information on Reverse loans and assisting them in their decision process. Being well informed and educated will help them to decide whether or not a Reverse loan is appropriate for them and their particular situation.
